At Shoes For Crews, we want to ensure your safety and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your slip-resistant footwear within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your package is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
